Lead the design, development, and maintenance of backend services for power trading applications supporting front-office operations in an agile feature team, collaborating with traders, analysts, and core infrastructure teams., * Design, develop, and maintain trading application backend services

• Build and enhance pre-trade pricers and option exercise features
• Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into robust technical designs
• Develop and maintain APIs for data retrieval, processing, and distribution across systems
• Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and troubleshooting of complex components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions
• Develop automated tests, manage deployments, and monitor production stability
• Produce technical documentation, including specifications and architecture diagrams
• Provide first-line technical support and onboard internal users
