Job description

  • Lead and deliver complex Smart Automation initiatives end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with solution architects to ensure scalable, robust, and maintainable automation designs.
  • Develop, test, and deploy high-quality automation scripts and workflows across Smart Automation technologies.
  • Define and enforce quality assurance standards, including code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.
  • Integrate automation solutions with diverse enterprise systems and platforms.
  • Lead project planning, estimation, execution, and milestone tracking across design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, including scope changes, technology constraints, and security concerns.
  • Mentor team members, address skill gaps, and build capability within the automation team.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology/Engineering or a related field
  • Must have 4-5 years of hands-on experience in UiPath (core development skill).
  • Strong Python scripting expertise
  • Practical experience working with databases
  • Good-to-have Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure)
  • Ability to independently manage end-to-end projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile SDLC environments
  • SAP automation experience preferred
