Job description

These solutions include the Driver Advisory System (DAS), a key component for optimizing train operations, improving energy efficiency, and supporting sustainable mobility.

The DAS solution provides real-time guidance to train drivers, leveraging operational data, timetables, and energy optimization algorithms. It is integrated into Alstom's broader digital ecosystem and interacts with onboard and wayside systems.

Your Mission As Digital Integration Leader, you ensure that services developed by multiple squads integrate seamlessly end-to-end and that user story acceptance criteria and nonfunctional requirements defined by the Product owner are continuously check and met through automated pipelines.

You will be responsible for:

  • Orchestrating services integration
  • Defining the testing strategy and environments to ensure end-to-end verification and traceability
  • Validating nonfunctional requirements and compliances
  • Automating activities in CI/CD/CT pipelines
  • Managing integration releases

Requirements

  • Degree in Software/Systems/Embedded Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in large-scale system integration, quality engineering, or systems engineering in Agile contexts
  • Proficiency in test strategies and automation: API testing, integration/E2E frameworks, test data management, performance testing, resilience practices.
  • Familiarity with pipelines observability & monitoring (metrics/logs/traces, SLO/SLA)
  • Solid knowledge of CI/CD and environments and practices: Git, pipelines, containers/Kubernetes, artifact/version management, infrastructure-as-code.
  • Knowledge of railway operations and digital wayside/onboard interactions is a plus
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to coordinate multiple squads.
