Be a Trusted Advisor: Build and maintain relationships with key IT decision-makers to drive long-term adoption of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM, Intune, Windows 11, Windows 365, AVD). Enable customers to become advocates and provide actionable feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement. Drive Customer Success: Lead technical conversations to articulate business value and ROI. Support customers on their modernization journey by resolving technical blockers and ensuring deployments adhere to Microsoft best practices. Act as the Voice of the Customer: Share insights, feedback, and success stories to influence internal strategy and execution. Accelerate Endpoint and Cloud Journeys: Engage in communities, contribute to IP creation, and leverage reusable assets to help customers adopt modern management and security solutions. Embrace a Growth Mindset: Continuously learn and maintain technical readiness in endpoint management, virtualization, AI integration, and adoption/change management aligned with CSU priorities.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND solid experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Proven experience in designing, deploying, and managing SCCM infrastructure (site servers, distribution points, management points, software update points). Ability to create and maintain task sequences for OS deployment and application packaging.
Microsoft Intune Hands-on experience with Intune for mobile device and application management. Knowledge of Autopilot provisioning, compliance policies, and conditional access.
Windows Client (Windows 10/11) Expertise in Windows provisioning and servicing, including Windows as a Service implementation. Experience with in-place upgrades, unattended installations, and image management.
Cloud/Hybrid Management Experience with Cloud Management Gateway and co-management scenarios. Knowledge of Endpoint Analytics and reporting.
Technical Troubleshooting & Best Practices Ability to resolve technical blockers and ensure deployments adhere to Microsoft best practices.
Endpoint Security Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and security baselines. Ability to implement compliance and security policies across managed devices.
Microsoft 365 Apps Experience in provisioning and servicing Microsoft Office /Microsoft 365 via SCCM and Intune.
Active Directory & Identity Intermediate-level experience with AD Sites and Services, Group Policy, and Certificate Services. Understanding of hybrid identity scenarios and integration with Azure AD.
This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
