I am hiring a Lead Solutions Engineer (Product Security) on behalf of a European cybersecurity provider offering a cloud-based platform that automates product-security testing and compliance for connected devices. Their solution analyses firmware, identifies vulnerabilities, generates SBOMs, and supports organisations in meeting modern regulatory requirements across sectors such as industrial, consumer, and critical-infrastructure technologies. Alongside their technology platform, they deliver expert guidance to help manufacturers strengthen security throughout the product lifecycle, from development to deployment, enabling scalable risk management in increasingly complex device ecosystems.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Lead and own the customer engineering function, guiding presales and support engineers while acting as the senior technical escalation point for complex customer situations.
- Drive technical presales engagements, including solution design, product demonstrations, workshops, RFP/RFI responses, and security or compliance questionnaires in close partnership with Sales.
- Support post-sales technical success, ensuring smooth customer onboarding, integrations, and adoption of the ONEKEY Product Cybersecurity & Compliance Platform.
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, translating customer needs and feedback into actionable input for Product, Engineering, and Consulting.
- Continuously improve processes and enablement, building technical documentation, training materials, and automating workflows to scale customer-facing operations.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Python?, * 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles within SaaS environments, covering presales, post-sales, and complex customer engagements.
- Proven technical leadership experience, including mentoring team members and owning processes, priorities, and quality standards while remaining hands-on.
- Strong understanding of secure software, integrations, and cybersecurity concepts, ideally in product security, compliance, or regulated environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to clearly explain complex technical, security, and compliance topics to customers and internal teams. Must be at least C1 in both German and English
- Structured, proactive approach and experience improving processes using tools such as Jira, GitLab, Python, or similar.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of IEC 62443, CRA or similar standards is advantageous
- Practical coding experience is an advantage
