What you'll do
- Provide enterprise architecture leadership across the SAP landscape, guiding strategy, target-state design, and multi-year transformation roadmaps, including transition architectures and investment cases aligned to enterprise strategy
- Lead S/4HANA architecture with SAP initiatives; govern standards and deliver integrated, secure, and scalable solutions aligned with business goals, IT strategy, and the organization's digital transformation roadmap, acting as a bridge between business and technical teams
- Establish architecture principles, reference models, and guardrails; design and run Architecture Review Board processes to ensure compliance and quality
- Mentor solution architects and platform teams, building architecture capability, standards, and best practices across the organization

Requirements
- Several years of experience in SAP ERP solution delivery and architecture as well as enterprise architecture leadership
- Proven hands-on experience across multiple full lifecycle implementations, with at least one S/4HANA transformation
- Integration expertise covering SAP BTP/CPI, PI/PO, and API management, designing real-time, batch, and event-driven patterns
- Excellent knowledge of business process management, process architecture, application architecture, and software architecture
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills at all management levels within IT and towards business with fluent English skills (German is a plus)
