As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the technical evaluation of our digital solutions. Working closely with engineering, sales, and project services, you will serve as a trusted technical and strategic advisor. Your responsibilities include presenting our product's value proposition, understanding client architectural landscapes, and effectively communicating both technical and business aspects.
Your role in our mission:
- Collaborate with Sales Executives to achieve strategic goals and advance deals to closure.
- Prepare for client meetings by coordinating with Sales Execs, Professional Services, Partners, and other stakeholders to present a coherent path to success.
- Conduct value-based demonstrations, focusing on technical solutions aligned with clients' business challenges.
- Lead in-depth discovery sessions with empathy to understand client needs and qualify solutions and services.
- Become a subject matter expert in relevant areas and provide advisory consulting services to fellow Solutions Architects and colleagues.
- Engage with strategic accounts to build customer relationships and expand our footprint in products and services.
- Deliver presentations to various stakeholders, including technical, business, and C-Suite participants.
- Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and create proposals for clients.
- Manage activities during solution ideation, design, and implementation.
- Collaborate with Engineering to influence the product backlog based on client feedback and address technical objections.
- Work with Professional Services to co-architect optimal solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Present products and services at events such as conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing events.
- Identify market trends and opportunities for our digital products in collaboration with strategic advisors.
- Create Scope and Solution architecture design documents for internal and client use.
- Price deals and author Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Support complex pricing models and solution designs, obtaining input from various stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- Numerous years of experience in Pre-Sales consulting or Professional Consulting services.
- Passion for winning technical aspects of deals and ensuring long-term customer success.
- Understanding of ECM, BPM, App-Dev, and AI/ML concepts with the ability to articulate to non-technical clients.
- Knowledge of deployment architecture, including cloud and on-premises solutions.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build presentations and facilitate customer discussions.
- Familiarity with major cloud Infrastructure providers such as AWS and GCP.
- Knowledge of Low-Code platforms, IDP, and software development tools (e.g., Java and Python) is a plus.
- Ability to respond to technical, functional, and non-functional requirements in RFPs.
- Proven success guiding customers through the entire lifecycle of complex software deals.
- Background in partnering with product management, engineering, and project services teams.
- Proven track record in building custom demos and POCs independently or leading a team.
- Creative thinking and a willingness to explore new disciplines, concepts, and technologies.
