- As part of the team, your responsibilities will include performing application-specific tasks, as well as planning and technical preparation, including the rollout and further development of production software.
- As a Subject Matter Expert (m/f/d), you will advise on the implementation of business processes within the system and support/develop business-specific requirements and prerequisites.
- Together with the respective service responsible for the application, you will test IT systems and IT components (e.g., after development and maintenance) and support IT service management and end users in case of problems (2nd level application support for software and, if necessary, hardware issues).
- As part of your responsibilities, you will work with service ticketing tools such as Cherwell, or also in Jira or Confluence.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SAP?, * Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, business or a comparable qualification, as well as professional experience in the support and management of IT applications
- Experience in project management within the context of IT solution development and in developing and defining requirements from the business department, including process management
- Experience in projects and activities in the SAP environment is advantageous
- Excellent user support skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office products and ideally initial experience with Jira & Confluence
- Excellent English skills are mandatory
