Job description
As a Full Stack Developer, you will primarily work on the further development of the NEXT platform and on custom integrations built on top of it for our clients. You will develop production-ready modules that run live in customer environments and ensure that existing systems are connected in a secure, stable and future-proof way. You will interact directly or indirectly with clients, contribute to technical and architectural decisions and safeguard the quality and scalability of the platform. You will be given a high level of autonomy, trust and responsibility within projects that truly matter.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Security?, You design and deliver complete software components within a modern platform architecture. You are comfortable working across both frontend and backend in contemporary web stacks. You have experience with React for frontend development and Django on the backend. Data security, secure coding practices and working within ISO-oriented frameworks are second nature to you. You are able to clearly explain technical decisions to both internal stakeholders and clients, and you actively contribute to architecture, integration strategy, scalability and long-term maintainability.
Experience and seniority
You have at least one year of relevant experience or a convincing, proven technical track record. You have worked with production-ready software and are familiar with CI/CD pipelines, security principles and version control. Demonstrable experience with API integrations and connecting external systems is essential. Affinity with AI-driven functionality and data-centric applications is required. Experience in a small organization or start-up environment is preferred. Knowledge of data modelling or cloud architecture is considered an advantage.
Soft skills
We are looking for someone who works independently, takes ownership and delivers in a structured manner. Proactive behaviour and clear communication are essential when collaborating with both colleagues and clients. Proficiency in Spanish or German is a plus. The role is largely remote, with a weekly alignment meeting in Amsterdam.
