You will work with complex systems spanning garage management, tyre hotels, scheduling and calendars, integrations, and industry-specific EDI flows across Nordic markets, expanding into the UK and US markets. This role is for someone who knows how good QA should work and can make that happen in practice.
This is not a "follow the process" role, you will define the process, select the tooling, and set the quality bar., Quality Ownership & Process Building

- Define test strategies across manual, automation, performance, and security testing
- Introduce pragmatic quality gates and contribute toward future release sign-off ownership
- Champion shift-left testing and quality mindset across engineering teams
Automation & Technical Testing
- Design and build automated test frameworks (automation is mandatory)
- Automate API, integration, and UI test coverage across a complex .NET-centric ecosystem
- Test mature codebases with multiple subsystems, services, and integrations
- Validate business-critical workflows involving scheduling, calendars, and automotive operations
API, Integration & Non-Functional Testing

- Perform performance, load, and reliability testing
- Contribute to security and robustness testing where appropriate
Agile Collaboration
- Actively participate in refinement by shaping clear, testable acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with developers during sprint planning to ensure quality considerations are embedded early
- Work within Scrum (2-week sprints) using Azure DevOps
Mentorship & Influence
- Mentor engineers and future QA team members
- Help define what "good quality" means across teams and countries
- Operate comfortably in a cross-team, cross-country environment
