For our team, we are seeking 2 Machine Learning Engineer | Full-time

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will develop the "nervous system" for new customer experiences - personalized services and intuitive shopping journeys powered by our firmware.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, and deploy ML models for sensor data, consumer behavior, and forecasting.
• Integrate sensor data from hardware into our SaaS platform.
• Help design data pipelines using Go, SQL, and Python.
• Test and optimize sensor communication (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, etc.).
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and real-time use.
• Integrate predictive services into existing systems.
• Prepare data, create features, and label datasets.
• Manage model versioning, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ML techniques.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, ML, or similar.

• Strong Python skills, experience with Go and SQL.
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms, time series, and predictive analytics.
• Experience independently managing ML projects end-to-end.
• Familiarity with experiment tracking tools (e.g., MLflow) and reproducible research.
• Ability to clearly present complex results.
• Good English skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with large SQL databases.
• Knowledge of IoT, embedded development, and edge computing.
• Hands-on experience with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and sensor integration.
• Understanding of electromagnetic waves in retail environments.
• Experience with real-time ML in production.
• Experience with geospatial data and sensor fusion for precise location tracking.
