- Lead the design process for major features or components of the product.

Requirements
As a Senior UX Designer, you lead the design process for major components and features of our flagship enterprise software products. You drive design strategy, mentor junior designers, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure a cohesive user experience across the product line. This role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, as well as a deep understanding of UX principles and visual design., * 5+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex projects.
- Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience in leading user research and usability testing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior designers.
- Understanding of enterprise software design challenges and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field.
