As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the technical bridge between Wandelbots NOVA and our ecosystem of technology partners.
This hybrid role combines deep engineering expertise with partner-facing collaboration. You will have two core responsibilities: * Support the Wandelbots Product & Engineering teams in building frameworks that significantly simplify the integration of technology partners.
- Enable partners to build, own, and support scalable, reliable, and impactful solutions on top of Wandelbots NOVA.

On a daily basis you will:
- Drive Integration Engineering: Translate partner requirements into robust technical designs and integration workflows together with our Product & Engineering teams.
- Guide Partner Teams: Support partner engineers throughout the full integration process, from design to deployment.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product & Engineering, Partnerships, and Customer Success to align integrations with business needs.
- Represent NOVA: Lead technical discussions with partner engineering leads and evangelize our API-first, scalable architecture.
- Document & Share Knowledge: Create clear internal documentation and partner-facing guides to support adoption and partner enablement.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Sales?, * Solid understanding of industrial automation technologies (robotics, peripherals, sensors, simulation tools).
- Solid understanding of software technologies (APIs, SDKs, programming languages, containers).
- Experience with system integration and troubleshooting connectivity issues across different platforms.
- Familiarity with developer documentation best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage your own work with a high degree of autonomy while taking responsibility for customer outcomes.
- Fluency in English and German.
You are awesome if:
- You have prior experience in pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
- You have exposure to Software Development and already built some solutions
- You bring public speaking or training experience for workshops and enablement.
- You are connected in the automation/robotics developer community.
