Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

• Understand the business on a deep level in order to act as an internal consultant to our various departments
• Process business enquiries, understand requirements, and transform data into actionable insights
• Analyze PAIR Finance's financial processes and drive data-driven solutions and create actionable KPIs, always taking the business context into consideration
• Design, develop, and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI and Python
• Work closely with data engineers to integrate data from various sources into the data warehouse and ensure data integrity and quality

Do you have experience in SQL?, * Working experience in Business Intelligence and/or Data Analysis, preferably in a dynamic environment

• Strong understanding of business processes and how data can support
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
• Good Power BI skills (Power Query / DAX)
• strong Python skills to implement and support in-house analytics, automated reporting tools and ETL scripts (Python experience is a critical requirement)
• ability to translate data into easy-to-understand business insights
• excellent communicator in English, German is a plus
