This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and performance of our cutting-edge medical technologies. As a Simulation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing simulation models to test the performance and reliability of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues and ensure our solutions meet the highest industry standards.
- Develop and implement simulation models to test product performance and reliability.
- Conduct thorough performance testing and quality assurance for new and existing products.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to identify and resolve performance issues.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and technical roles within the MedTech sector. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in simulation engineering and performance testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in simulation software and tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site work effectively.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
