Als Prototype Student (AI Developer of Software Developer) werk je in het Development (Prototype) team van Bit en doe je klantprojecten samen met het Research & Prototype team. Als onderdeel van het team draag je bij aan het ontwikkelen van prototypes op basis van nieuwe technologie n die onze klanten sneller helpen innoveren. We zijn continu bezig met het aanpassen en verbeteren van de oplossing voor de klant op het gebied van AI, Machine Learning, Robotica en Augmented Reality.

Het belangrijkste doel van ons projectwerk is om succesvol van research naar het bouwen van een passend en innovatief prototype te komen. Het prototype moet zo awesome zijn, dat de klant het ook daadwerkelijk gaat gebruiken. Zo maken we samen blijvende impact. Daarbij is het heel belangrijk dat jij het leuk vindt om everything tech goed & duidelijk uit te leggen aan een non-tech persoon. Naast dat je een model kunt gebruiken, kun je ook uitleggen wat de impact van een technische beslissing is op het uiteindelijke resultaat.

Starten bij Bit

Je kan direct beginnen, maar we begrijpen het ook als je iets later wilt beginnen. Je zal worden ingewerkt en opgeleid door het Prototype team en door de rest van het team. In normale tijden besteed je je tijd op ons kantoor op het Amsterdam Science Park, maar thuiswerken kan natuurlijk ook. Je zult tijdens je onboarding het hele team leren kennen en met hen samenwerken. Je krijgt de tijd om je onder te dompelen in onze bedrijf en manier van werken. We willen graag dat jij je gaat ontwikkelen bij Bit!

• Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal - Nederlandse taal is een pr
• Je woont in Nederland, in de buurt van Amsterdam is een pr
• Je bent een burger uit de EU / EER of in staat om in Nederland te werken zonder werkvergunning
• Je studeert aan een Nederlandse universiteit
• Je hebt een grote passie voor tech en innovatie
• Je hebt ervaring met programmeren en kent tenminste Python
• Het is een pr als je weleens geprobeerd hebt om je eigen applicatie op te zetten op zowel front- als backendniveau
• Je bent 10 tot 16 uur per week beschikbaar. Je deelt je uren flexibel in - dit mag ook verspreid over de week. We doen niet aan schema's, we doen aan verantwoordelijkheden
• Je studeert nog minimaal een jaar op universitair niveau
• Indien je een Bachelor volgt, is dit in de richting van Informatica / (Software) Engineering
• Indien je een AI-student bent, vragen wij minimaal Master-niveau (bij voorkeur in je 1e jaar)

• Een standaard startsalaris van 16,94 all-in per uur - dit gaat omhoog na je eerste contract van een half jaar, en nog eens bij je 3e contract

As part of the team, you contribute to developing prototypes based on new technologies that help our customers innovate faster. We are continuously adapting and improving the solution for the customer in the areas of AI, Machine Learning, Robotics and Augmented Reality. The main goal of our project work is to successfully move from research to building a suitable and innovative prototype. The prototype must be so awesome that the customer will actually use it. This is how we make lasting impact together. It is very important that you enjoy explaining everything tech well and clearly to a non-tech person. In addition to using a model, you can also explain the impact of a technical decision on the final result.
