Senior Test Automation (ID:3429)

• Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across the test lifecycle, including planning, preparation, execution, and closure.
• Drive and coordinate testing efforts during BAT (Business Acceptance Testing) and SIT (System Integration Testing) phases.
• Manage testing activities for multiple parallel initiatives within large-scale, complex programs.
• Design, implement, and execute automated and manual test strategies aligned with project goals.
• Oversee defect identification, logging, tracking, prioritization, and resolution using defect management tools.
• Ensure alignment of testing activities with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Provide clear communication on test progress, risks, quality metrics, and release readiness to stakeholders., * Lead testing efforts across complex programs while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and automation strategies.
• Identify risks early and make sound decisions to mitigate quality issues.
• Balance automation and manual testing approaches to optimize testing effectiveness.
• Adapt quickly to changing project needs and delivery models.

• Solid experience with test automation and automation testing practices.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure environments and digital delivery platforms.
• Experience using defect and test management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Background working within Agile ways of working as well as Waterfall methodologies.
