IT Service Delivery Manager

Tunbridge Wells 888 Taxis Ltd is a well-established private hire and taxi operator, with plans to expand operations from a new office in Hildenborough. As part of this growth, we are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee, develop, and modernise our IT and digital infrastructure.

This role will be responsible not only for maintaining and improving our existing IT systems, but also for designing and implementing a new dispatch system and converting manual operational processes into efficient digital solutions. The successful candidate will play a key strategic role in supporting business expansion and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and manage the company's IT systems and telecommunications infrastructure
• Ensure reliable service delivery of all IT systems, networks, and business-critical platforms
• Design, implement, and optimise a new dispatch and booking system, converting manual processes into automated digital workflows
• Oversee and manage IT hardware, software, and network infrastructure across Tunbridge Wells and Hildenborough office.
• Manage and technically support the company website, including SEO optimisation and system performance
• Administer and manage Google Business Profile and Google Ads platforms from a technical perspective
• Implement IT security, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery procedures
• Monitor IT service levels, respond to incidents, and manage problem resolution
• Provide guidance and training to staff on IT systems and digital tools, * Play a key strategic role in business expansion, including our Hildenborough operations
• Lead the design and implementation of new dispatch systems

Do you have experience in SEO?, * Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)

• Proven experience managing IT systems, infrastructure, and business software
• Experience designing, implementing, or managing dispatch or operational systems
• Strong understanding of IT service delivery, system reliability, and process automation
• Knowledge of website management, SEO tools, and digital platform optimisation
• Experience with Google Business Profile, Google Ads, and online platforms
• Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple IT projects and operational responsibilities simultaneously

Desirable Experience

• Experience in transport, logistics, or private hire industry
• Experience migrating manual processes to digital systems
• Experience managing third-party IT suppliers or software providers, * Do have previous experience in Taxi Industry ?
