Senior AI Engineer (AI Factory), Manager - Financial Services, AI Scaling and Transformation, Technology & Transformation

• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust AI solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end AI pipelines, including data acquisition, pre-processing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Build and maintain scalable and efficient AI models using machine learning, deep learning, and other advanced analytics techniques.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements and trends in AI, continuously exploring and evaluating new technologies and approaches.
• Contribute to the development of internal AI assets, frameworks, and best practices to enhance team efficiency and delivery excellence.

• Proven experience with Python and popular AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modelling techniques.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP or equivalent) and their AI/ML services.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
• Experience with MLOps tools and best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and governance.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI solutions in a professional setting.
• Deep experience in the financial services industry.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty, Azure AI Engineer Associate or equivalent) are highly desirable.
