SQL Developer - Remote - SQL Server - Performance Tuning - Azure - £40,000-£55,000

I am working with a company who are a rapidly growing UK-based managed service provider specialising in SQL Development and DBA services. They are a tight-knit team, scaling fast after bringing in a BD Manager who has already secured several new projects.

You'll work with:

Deep SQL Server performance tuning across queries, indexes, execution plans, and stored procedures
PowerShell scripting for automation and optimisation
Azure databases and cloud-based environments
A mix of new and existing clients, advising them on best practices and performance improvement strategies
A structured, phase-based remediation approach that ensures clear, measurable results
A collaborative Dev team that values knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Requirements

Exceptional SQL development skills
Performance tuning expert (this is the core of the role)
Strong PowerShell automation experience
Experience working within Azure environments
Confident in client-facing situations
