Solutions Engineer

What We're Looking For:3+ years of experience in robotics, industrial automation, or AI solution engineeringHands-on prototyping skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar technical stack)Experience integrating hardware + software and working with real-world operational workflowsStrong analytical mindset, able to design experiments, evaluate results, and iterate quicklyCross-functional collaboration skills with product and delivery teamsInternational project experience and ability to drive localization in overseas marketsFluent English; additional languages (e.g., German, Chinese) are a plusCuriosity for emerging AI technologies and a pragmatic approach to solution delivery
