Transformation Lead

This role involves working across all areas of the business, using evidence to diagnose areas for improvement, working with colleagues to develop improvement plans and design solutions. You will be key to the project team assuming the role of Business Analyst, developing and delivering the right solution and ensuring that identified benefits are realised and sustained.

In addition, you will be supporting colleagues to understand, adopt and embed a continuous improvement culture across Citizen.

This role offers hybrid working. You will be able to work from home, but you must also be able to work in Citizen Offices as and when required.

In Transformation you can make a real difference, the role of Transformation Lead will involve:

• Obtaining, analysing and presenting data to identify areas for improvement and to support decision making by business leaders
• Collaborating with colleagues across the business to design innovative and creative solutions to solve business problems
• Ensuring that design solutions meet the needs of customers, colleagues and regulatory requirements
• Defining and communicating requirements to colleagues and ensuring that these are delivered
• Identifying and defining benefits to be delivered
• Running workshops in person, online and hybrid to deliver project objectives
• Working with the business to ensure that improvements and benefits are embedded and sustained, Join our vibrant Transformation Team, where you'll work as one of four passionate and forward-thinking Transformation Leads, partnering closely with our three Senior Project Managers. Together, you'll shape and deliver exciting new projects that drive our 'Putting Our Citizens First' change programme - enhancing the experience we offer to our Citizens, both customers and colleagues.

In this role, you'll help lead meaningful change across every part of the Citizen journey; from front-line services to back-office processes and the technology that supports them. No two days are the same, and the variety of work means you'll always be learning, influencing, and making a real impact.

Do you have experience in Presentation skills?, * Experience of leading and managing change activities

• Experience in using Microsoft Office products to present, analyse and process data
• Experience of utilising different tools and techniques to process map and problem solve
• Experience of presenting and leading meetings, workshops and/or training at different levels
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A passion for driving meaningful change and making a difference
• Great organisational skills
• An ability to work flexibly and respond to changing priorities
• An enthusiastic and approachable personality

• Qualifications linked to Lean transformation
• Experience of delivering AI/RPA transformation projects
• Experience of delivering transformative change in Housing Management Services
