Java Full Stack Developer (Frontend Focus)- Farnborough, UK - Fulltime Hybrid

Capgemini Financial Services is seeking a skilled and passionate Java Full Stack Developer (Frontend Focus) in Farnborough, UK which is a Fulltime role. Solution Design & Development

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend technologies (React/Angular).
• Develop and customize components, templates, and workflows within Adobe Experience Manager.
• Build responsive and intuitive UI components with a strong frontend focus.
• Integrate AEM with backend services, APIs, and third-party systems.

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Drive end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-production support.
• Work closely with project managers, business analysts, architects, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and guidance to junior developers.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with business goals and client expectations.

Do you have experience in UI?, * Strong proficiency in Core Java and its associated libraries and features

• Indepth experience with popular Java frameworks such as Spring Spring Boot Spring MVC and Hibernate
• Familiarity with frontend technologies like React Angular frameworks
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience on React 16 Framework
• Knowledge of relational databases SQL and ObjectRelational Mapping ORM technologies like JPA
• Experience with version control systems GitHUb AgileScrum methodologies and CICD practices
• Understanding of microservices architecture RESTful APIs and other relevant architectural patterns
• Exceptional analytical skills to troubleshoot complex problems and propose innovative solutions
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
