Performance Info Engineer

As a Performance Info Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery by providing accurate performance data, analysis, and reporting to senior stakeholders. You will work closely with planning, commercial, and delivery teams to ensure performance information supports informed decision-making across the programme., * Develop, maintain, and improve performance reporting and management information

• Analyse project data across cost, schedule, progress, and performance
• Produce regular performance reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders
• Support forecasting, trend analysis, and variance reporting
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across project controls systems
• Work collaboratively with planning, commercial, and delivery teams
• Identify performance risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Adhere to project governance, quality, and reporting standards

Do you have experience in Project leadership?, * Previous experience in a performance reporting, project controls, or information role

• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure, construction, energy, or engineering projects
• Strong analytical and reporting capability
• Experience producing reports for senior management and project leadership
• Good understanding of cost, schedule, and performance management principles
• Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting or dashboard tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to operate in a structured, regulated project environment
