Junior App Developer (Mission Led CIC)

• Develop the first functional prototype (mobile or web)
• Build a simple, structured media feed (no infinite scroll, no algorithms)
• Implement guided reflection pathways and user flows
• Ensure stability, safety, and ethical design throughout
• Collaborate on technical decisions and future architecture
• Write clear, maintainable code with documentation

We are looking for a junior developer (1-2 years' experience) to help build the first working prototype. You'll work directly with the founder to turn a well-developed architecture into a functional, elegant app.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Helpful experience includes:

• React Native, Flutter, or similar mobile frameworks
• JavaScript/TypeScript front-end development
• Basic backend/API experience (Node, Firebase, Supabase, etc.)
• Understanding of clean UI/UX principles
• A portfolio, GitHub, or examples of previous work

• £20,000 per year for 20 hours per week
