- Lead and contribute to system architecture, design reviews, and technical decision-making
- Write clean, secure, and maintainable code with a strong focus on performance and reliability
- Conduct thorough code reviews and promote best engineering practices
- Collaborate closely with product, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues
- Improve development processes, tooling, and documentation
- Support and mentor junior and mid-level developers
- Contribute to long-term technical roadmaps and platform evolution
Requirements
Do you have experience in Software development?, * Significant commercial experience in software development
- Strong expertise in one or more modern programming languages and frameworks
- Proven experience designing and maintaining complex systems and applications
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability
- Experience working with databases, APIs, and cloud-based environments
- Strong knowledge of testing, version control, and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and professionally
Desirable Experience
- Experience in a senior or technical leadership role
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure automation
- Experience improving performance, security, and system resilience
- Background working in agile or iterative development environments
