Job description
We're currently seeking an experienced Web Developer to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland. In this hands-on role, you'll own the design and implementation of Alohi's websites, building high-performing pages, improving user journeys, and ensuring our web experience remains fast, scalable, and consistent across products and brands. You'll work closely with our SEO Manager, Growth team, and Engineering to ship improvements that drive acquisition and conversion., * Build, maintain, and scale Alohi's Webflow-powered websites with a Developer mindset: clean structure, reusable components, CMS templates, and consistent class naming
- Implement responsive layouts, interactions, and animations, and collaborate on custom code when needed (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Ensure high standards for performance, accessibility, and reliability (Core Web Vitals, cross-browser compatibility, QA)
- Work closely with Engineering on technical requirements such as integrations, tracking needs, and advanced functionality
- Maintain a scalable setup that supports fast iteration across landing pages, product pages, and growth initiatives
Web Design & UX
- Translate design concepts into high-quality web experiences with strong layout hierarchy, readability, and clarity
- Collaborate with marketing and product stakeholders to evolve page structure and user journeys based on business goals
- Ensure visual consistency across pages, campaigns, and product brands
- Contribute to micro-interactions and design refinements that improve usability and conversion
Collaboration with SEO, Marketing & Sales
- Partner closely with our implement SEO-ready foundations (structure, internal linking, metadata readiness)
- Support Marketing with landing page creation, campaign rollouts, and iterative optimization work focused on conversion
- Work with Sales and Marketing teams to integrate lead generation flows with CRM and sales tools (forms, routing, tracking, attribution) and ensure reliable lead management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Interactive Media, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in web development and/or Webflow execution (SaaS or tech preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Webflow, with solid foundations in HTML5/CSS3 (JavaScript is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and maintainability: scalable components, clean structure, consistent implementation
- Comfortable collaborating across teams (SEO, Growth, Product, Engineering)
- Fluent in English
- Portfolio demonstrating strong web execution work
Nice-to-have: Accessibility expertise, CRO mindset, Basic SEO knowledge, Motion/graphic design skills
