Deutsche Telekom Technik and Technology Delivery International are collaborating to create a unified T-CaaS platform. The goal of T-CaaS Convergence is to achieve the following:

  • Streamline the creation and management of tenant clusters.

  • Guarantee carrier-grade quality for a shared cloud stack in Europe.

  • Maintain high consistency in service delivery for the mass market.

  • Enhance development and operations by consolidating resources and expertise.

Functions:

  • You will develop advanced technical solutions for the expansion and operation of cloud infrastructure/services, taking them to the next level of quality. One focus of the tasks lies in the development and introduction of processes and solutions to ensure the operation of Kubernetes cloud platforms in a highly scalable multi-tenant architecture.

  • You will design further automation of services, processes and/or operating models, carrying out performance analyses and tuning as well as error analyses and fixes.

  • You will work in the operations team and administer a project-specific infrastructure and help further developing and automating the tool suite.

  • You will support the migration of application from T-Caas Classic (TDG) into T-CaaS Convergence.

  • You will be faced by incidents with a high complexity Operation.

  • You have to manage the entire lifecycle of customer cluster from the support of onboarding through updates/upgrades, changes and incidents until the end of life., * Continuous training: certification preparation, access to Coursera, weekly English and German classes.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a DevOps team
  • English: fluent speaking and listening (B1)
  • Kubernetes expert skills (CKA or CKAD)
  • Scripting with Bash, Python, Go, C
  • GitOPS, Developing and debugging pipelines
  • VMWare basic skills
