Job description
As a Senior Frontend Engineer in the Engineering Team, you will be instrumental in delivering intuitive, performant, and scalable web applications that our customers rely on every day. Your technical leadership and attention to detail will ensure our platform remains at the forefront of compliance technology; your mentorship will help the entire team. Our adoption of AI-assisted coding tools means you'll be able to focus more on creative problem-solving, making architectural decisions, and mentoring others. Here's how you will contribute to our team:
- Drive end-to-end delivery of complex frontend features, from initial design through to deployment and monitoring, with support from AI-powered development tools.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design,and QA to create a seamless user experience and a consistent brand identity.
- Lead architectural initiatives to enhance code reusability, maintainability, and scalability, pushing our frontend ecosystem forward.
- Monitor and optimize frontend performance using tools like New Relic and Kibana, proactively addressing issues.
- Champion best practices in CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and AI-assisted code review, ensuring quality, and reliable releases.
- Mentor and coach other engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions, leveraging AI to enhance learning and productivity.
- Contribute to and evolve our component libraries and design systems, fostering consistency and efficiency across products. Drive improvements through retrospectives and feedback loops, always striving for better., * Deep expertise in modern frontend technologies, especially Angular and TypeScript. You can architect, debug, and optimize complex SPAs with ease, and we are excited to use AI to accelerate your workflow.
Requirements
- Strong background in building and maintaining scalable frontend systems, ideally with experience in Micro Frontends, Module Federation, and component libraries.
- Passion UI/UX. You care about the details, accessibility, and delivering delightful experiences. Experience working with Figma and design systems is a plus.
- Proficiency with modern tooling: Webpack, GitLab, CI/CD, SASS, and frontend security practices (SAST, DAST). Experience with AI-assisted code tools is a strong advantage.
- Experience monitoring and improving frontend performance and reliability using observability tools such as New Relic and Kibana.
- A collaborative, mentoring mindset. You enjoy coaching peers, sharing knowledge, and helping the team grow-with or without AI support.
- Excellent communication skills (in English).You're comfortable working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, both technical and non-technical.
- Comfortable working in a remote, distributed environment. You are proactive, organized, and self-driven.
