Job description
As Enterprise Architect at Awin, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology real estate, ensuring architectural integrity across platforms, domains, and systems. You will define and enforce architecture standards, guide technology choices, and lead integration efforts across a diverse and evolving landscape. This role is pivotal in shaping the long-term technical vision and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Tasks
- Architecture Governance: Develop, maintain, and realize architecture standards and principles that guide technology decisions across the organization.
- Technology Oversight: Provide strategic oversight of Awin's systems, platforms, and infrastructure, including legacy systems and cloud-native environments.
- Integration Leadership: Lead architecture reviews and integration efforts across domains such as CRM, data engineering, cloud infrastructure, and AI enablement.
- Cross-Domain Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and domain experts to ensure architectural consistency and scalability.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to long-term planning for platform evolution, including the sunsetting of legacy systems and migration to unified platforms.
- Mentorship & Enablement: Support solution architects and engineering teams by providing architectural guidance and fostering a culture of technical excellence. Skills & Expertise
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture across large-scale systems and platforms.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), data warehousing, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and integration patterns.
- Experience in architecture governance, standards development, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with FinOps practices and scalable enterprise tooling is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
