Job description

As a Senior AI Solutions Engineer at Omaze, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our operations and enhancing user experience through automation and AI-enabled solutions. You will lead initiatives to explore, prototype, and implement automation systems that improve business performance and operational efficiency. Your expertise will help foster innovation across the company while enabling technical and non-technical teams to embrace modern tooling., * Partner with Product, Delivery, Customer Experience, and other teams to identify, design and deliver practical automation workflows.

  • Build end-to-end prototypes using a mix of SaaS platforms, internal tools, APIs, and AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Zapier, n8n).
  • Own technical delivery from ideation to execution: ensuring scalability, maintainability, and measurable value.
  • Apply low-code/no-code and AI-assisted development techniques to move quickly and iterate effectively.

Drive AI & Automation Strategy

  • Champion the strategic adoption of automation and AI technologies throughout Omaze.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends and identify high-impact use cases across the business.
  • Lead feasibility assessments and experimentation, validating the potential of new technologies before broader deployment.

Enable Team Capabilities

  • Create and facilitate hands-on training, bootcamps, and enablement sessions for internal teams.
  • Equip non-technical users with the skills and confidence to engage with automation tools and platforms.
  • Develop internal documentation, guides, and reusable templates to support ongoing team adoption.

Promote a Culture of Innovation

  • Foster a mindset of experimentation and creative problem-solving across teams.
  • Advocate for continuous improvement by highlighting successful use cases and encouraging team contributions to the automation roadmap.

You're energised by emerging technologies and you believe in building things that last - and teaching others to do the same., * Experience in system engineering, software engineering, or technical operations - ideally in fast-growing companies.

  • Experience with Python, including building and deploying enterprise-grade solutions. Understanding of scripting, backend development, and API integration at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar ML frameworks
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform), version control systems (e.g., GitHub), and CI/CD practices.

  • Experience building AI-enhanced workflows using platforms like OpenAI, Notion, or Supabase.
  • Experience building and deploying custom GPTs or similar large language model-based agents, including prompt engineering, system instruction design, RAG models and workflow integration.
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms for rapid prototyping.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and facilitate learning.
