Network Security Engineer

• Consultation: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored Check Point solutions.
• Solution Design: Create effective security solutions aligned with industry best practices and client objectives.
• Implementation: Lead seamless deployments of Check Point solutions, both remotely and on-site.
• Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients and their teams.
• Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Customer Advocacy: Build strong client relationships and provide prompt support.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed project records and documentation.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on Cyber Security trends and Check Point products.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure client success.
• Regional Travel: Travel as needed within the region to serve clients effectively.
• Have strong abilities in understanding customers' technical and operational requirements and accurately include them in SOWs, technical proposals, and all customer-facing documents.
• Perform technical project management, establish project milestones according to customer expectations, and hold customers and internal teams accountable to the milestones to minimise project delays.

• 5+ years of experience with IP-based networks, network design, and security products
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and cybersecurity concepts
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure (routing, switching, load balancing) and security products (firewall, VPN, IPS, Anti-Virus, Application Control)
• Good Linux command line knowledge preferred
• Customer-oriented, with post-sales experience and direct face-to-face service.
• Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and adapt to changes.
• Translate difficult technical concepts into an understandable format for non-technical persons.
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
