Job description
- Part of your job role will be developing projects ranging from our main EPoS Solution, Mobile Applications to our Chip & PIN integrated payment system.
- You will help to modernise the hospitality industry by working on the latest features and improvements for these applications. You will feel a sense of pride when you see the work you do having a direct positive impact in this industry.
- Your day will be split between preparing for upcoming development, peer reviews, work estimation, execution, and involvement in continuous improvement.
- Working within an agile delivery team, you will participate in all aspects of delivering software projects. You will participate in the product design, technical design, development, and maintenance of our environments. You will ensure quality by performing reviews and influencing behaviour-driven design.
Responsibilities will involve:-
- Working with other team members to deliver features on spec
- Participate in product and technical designs to ensure the team delivers value in each increment.
- Performing code reviews to ensure that all code follows agreed standards
- Actively looking for and suggesting improvements in our processes

Requirements
Do you have experience in Scrum?, · 3+ years' experience developing with C++.
· Experience of creating automated unit/system tests.
· Experience of working with RESTful/SOAP API's.
· Experienced in using Git for source control.
· Good problem-solving skills.
Additionally, the following skill areas would be advantageous:
· Knowledge of EPOS systems/hospitality industry.
· Experience working with C# programming.
· Experience working in a large code base.
· Experience working within Agile/scrum environments.
· Knowledge of Azure DevOps.
· Experience in maintaining/developing CI/CD pipelines.
· Experience working with Python programming.

Pay: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
