Job description

This is a hybrid position for a strategic thinker who enjoys getting hands-on. You will combine Salesforce Sales Cloud administration with responsibility for Marketing CRM initiatives, managing core admin tasks such as user management, configuration, and data integrity, while partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams to deliver highly strategic, cross-functional projects that enhance funnel management, campaign attribution, and marketing preference management. You will also define and uphold governance standards and best practices, ensuring Salesforce remains a trusted, compliant, and scalable platform., * Collaborate with Marketing Automation specialists to define syncs and integrations between Salesforce and automation platforms, ensuring clear hand-offs between Marketing and Sales.

  • Map the AS-IS Salesforce setup and design solutions for marketing preference management across the prospect-to-customer journey.

  • Define and operationalise the Marketing-to-Sales funnel, configuring Salesforce stages, workflows, and dashboards to track conversion rates and velocity.

  • Embed campaign attribution in Salesforce, aligning lead source definitions and campaigns with Marketing activity, and building reports that demonstrate pipeline and revenue impact.

  • Partner with Marketing Automation to define lead scoring models and nurture programs, ensuring Salesforce reflects lead stages and triggers workflows.

  • Own data upload strategy and governance for 3rd-party marketing prospect data, enforcing data quality standards.

Salesforce Administration Responsibilities

  • Manage user and license administration, including roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce features such as page layouts, validation rules, automation (Flows, Process Builder), and integrations.

  • Collaborate with Technology teams to deliver platform releases and enhancements into Salesforce, ensuring smooth deployment and stakeholder communication.

  • Maintain data integrity through audits, deduplication, and governance standards; manage imports/exports using Data Loader or similar tools.

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.

  • Perform system maintenance (Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Checks) and stay current with Salesforce releases.

  • Document configurations and provide user support and training to ensure adoption and best practices.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Salesforce?, * Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud configuration and maintenance, and strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and data integrity principles.

  • Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow rules) and managing integrations between Salesforce and other platforms.

  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, user-focused solutions in the Salesforce platform, that support marketing and sales strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and dashboards to measure funnel performance, campaign attribution, and revenue impact.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams.

  • Experience supporting platform releases and enhancements in partnership with Technology, ensuring governance and smooth deployment.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align CRM capabilities to business objectives and recommend process improvements.

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required
