What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering features end-to-end across backend and frontend
- Designing and building APIs, integrations, background jobs, and data models
- Owning the full lifecycle: discovery implementation release monitoring iteration
- Collaborating closely with product and design teams
- Proactively identifying issues and driving solutions
- Writing secure, scalable, and maintainable production code
- Contributing to architectural decisions and technical direction
- Mentoring engineers through pairing, PR feedback, and best practices
Requirements
Do you have experience in Vue.js?, We're looking for a senior-level Full-Stack Engineer with strong PHP/Laravel experience and clear ambition to grow toward a Tech Lead / Staff Engineer path. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes real ownership, ships quality software, and helps raise engineering standards across the team., * Strong senior-level full-stack engineering experience
- Excellent web fundamentals (HTTP, REST, auth, performance, security)
- Strong PHP experience (Laravel strongly desired)
- Experience with APIs, queues, integrations, and data modelling
- Comfortable working independently with minimal hand-holding
- High accountability and ownership mindset
- Clear communicator with product, design, and stakeholders
- Experience with React or Vue is a plus
- Passion for engineering quality and pragmatic decision-making
