Senior Identity Access Management (IAM) Platform Engineer

You will work on complex identity and access platforms where automation and standardisation are core principles. This role is hands on, technically deep, and positioned at the heart of identity lifecycle and access governance. You will have real ownership over platform improvements, integrations, and automation while acting as a technical reference within a specialised IAM team.

About the role In this role you are responsible for the technical implementation and continuous improvement of identity and access management platforms. The focus is on engineering, automation, and platform reliability within a large scale environment.

You will work closely with functional IAM specialists who define governance and standards, while you translate those into scalable and automated technical solutions. The role combines platform development with operational responsibility, with most time spent on engineering and optimisation.

Do you have experience in Identity & access management?, * Senior level experience in IAM platform engineering within complex organisations

• Strong hands on background in identity governance and lifecycle automation
• Proven experience with directory services and cloud based identity platforms
• Experience designing and implementing joiner mover leaver processes
• Experience with access governance, certifications, and application onboarding
• Familiarity with non human identities such as service accounts and application identities
• Experience with automation and scripting within IAM environments
• Comfortable acting as a technical reference point for peers
• Strong documentation and structured working style
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a strong preference
