Engineer PE/CAM Software Systems

To enhance our successful PE/CAM Team at the Headquarters in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionate, * Create and use automation scripts to make PE/CAM processes faster and reduce mistakes

• Improve and update internal PE/CAM tools to make them easier and more efficient for users
• Analyze how PE/CAM processes work and find ways to make them better
• Keep your own tools up to date so they match current production needs
• Help set clear rules for how software is built and documented
• Build and manage databases to organize important PE/CAM data
• Work with other departments to check if ideas are technically possible and help connect systems
• Be the main contact for IT and external partners to keep systems secure and running smoothl, * A meaningful role with opportunities for long-term growth in an international environment

• Completed technical education (e.g. HTL, HTBLA, FH, or university) or several years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of an object-oriented programming language, ideally Java
• Experience with modern development tools such as Git, Maven, and Azure DevOps (CI/CD)
• Understanding of relational databases like MSSQL
• Experience with Perl and Shell scripting is a plus
• Familiarity with GNU/Linux systems and Windows Server is an advantage
• Good spoken and written German and English skills for internal and external communication
