Platform Engineer

Your new role

My client is looking for a Platform Engineer to support and enhance the infrastructure used by our Penetration Testing team. You'll build and improve an AWS-hosted platform that enables external pen testers, with a focus on automation, reliability, and new feature development.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience enhancing and maintaining AWS infrastructure for security/pen-testing workloads
• Ability to deploy and configure Apache Guacamole, including SSO setup, for secure VM access
• Strong automation skills using Terraform, Ansible, Bash, PowerShell, and Python
• Experience improving and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Solid AWS background
• Exposure to security or penetration testing environments
• Experience with Guacamole or similar remote-access platforms
• Networking tools experience is an advantage
