Team Manager, AI Software Platform (all genders)

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
• Guide and support your team in the design, development, and deployment of AI models and systems, including LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic).
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables in an agile setup
• Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product, and business units to align AI initiatives with strategic goals
• Uphold high standards for robust deployment and production readiness of AI solutions in cloud environments (Azure, GCP, etc.)
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI and proactively integrate new technologies into our roadmap

Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• A genuine passion for people leadership with at least 2 years of experience managing and mentoring technical teams in an agile environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python or another object-oriented programming language
• Solid experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud Platform
• Strong understanding of deployment and production workflows for AI systems
• Familiarity with LLMs and generative AI technologies (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic)
• Java experience is a plus
