Job description
- Own and continuously improve the organization's security strategy, policies, and technical defense processes in line with industry standards.
- Manage security incident detection, response, and recovery processes.
- Lead risk assessments, audit preparation, and compliance initiatives across systems and vendors.
- Drive continuous improvement of security infrastructure and tooling (e.g., SIEM, threat intelligence, monitoring platforms).

Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in information/cyber-security, ideally in complex IT or cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, FINMA circulars).
- Experience with Security Operations Centers (SOC), SIEM tools, and incident response methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
Benefits & conditions
