Expand our data virtualization layer based on the purchased product Denodo

Implement new platform requirements and perform release upgrades

Connect new data sources to the data virtualization layer

Ensure operation (DevOps) and monitoring of the data virtualization platform

IT consulting for the business units regarding the data virtualization platform and data connections, business intelligence, Git integration, and scheduling

Close collaboration with the decentralized BI&A teams for coordinating requirements, defining best practices, ensuring data protection, and performance optimizations
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related field with relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of databases like Oracle and SQL Server.
- Good communication skills in German and English., * Completed studies in computer science or a comparable education
- Several years of experience with common databases (Oracle Exadata, MS SQL Server, SAP HANA, etc.) and SQL
- Practical knowledge in data warehousing and ETL development
- Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems and shell scripting
- Good communication skills in German and English
- Analytical, solution-oriented working style combined with high quality awareness and great commitment
- Experience with Denodo software is an advantage
- Experience in a Swiss financial institution is an advantage
