We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join the FATE engineering team in Zurich. You develop and evolve backend and frontend components within a shared enterprise application framework, working closely with an Application Architect, Solution Designer, Developers, Testers and Cloud Engineers. You contribute to reliable, maintainable solutions through collaboration and shared technical ownership., * Develop and maintain backend and frontend components within a shared enterprise application framework.
• Implement reusable services and UI components using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular technologies.
• Translate architectural and solution designs into robust implementations with architects and designers.
• Ensure high code quality through reviews, testing practices, and adherence to agreed standards.
• Lead developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and shared implementation practices.

• 5+ years of fullstack development experience required.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular essential.
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration needed., * 5+ years of professional experience as a fullstack developer in enterprise application contexts.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular in complex system landscapes.
• Experience building reusable components, libraries, or shared modules used across applications.
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, integration patterns, security concepts, and frontend-backend flows.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate and support technical team decisions. Proficiency in English (written and spoken); German and/or Spanish are a plus.
