UI Designer gesucht in Hamburg

• Design visually engaging UIs for our mobile app, ensuring usability, accessibility, consistency, and scalability.
• Deliver production-ready assets, specs, prototypes, and documents to developers and support them during implementation.
• Build, maintain, and own our evolving design system.
• Design illustrations, icons, and other graphical elements needed for your designs.
• Perform design reviews to ensure implementations align with the designs., * You're comfortable with modern frameworks (we use Vue.js and Nuxt.js).
• You can confidently implement and maintain the design system in the codebase.
• You're capable of connecting the Figma design system to the codebase so design updates flow seamlessly into production.

Copywriting:

• You take full ownership of all product copy, defining tone, voice, and messaging.
• You establish and maintain our content guidelines.
• Ideally, you are a native English/German speaker.

• Experience designing for mobile and web, ideally for B2C mobile apps.
• 4+ years of experience working in product teams.
• A portfolio that demonstrates outstanding UI craft, visual design, especially on mobile.
• Expert-level skills in Figma, including component creation and prototyping.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in agile product teams.
• Awareness of accessibility and usability principles.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus, * You have a proven track record of designing, shipping, and maintaining Figma design systems.
• You've worked on multi-brand design systems. Using Figma variables, modes, and extended collections feels familiar to you.
• You partner closely with front-end teams to implement libraries, drive adoption, and write clear guidelines.

Motion design:

• You're skilled at creating transitions and animations that make interfaces feel dynamic.
• You craft meaningful motion patterns that enhance usability and engagement.
• You understand how motion supports hierarchy, feedback, and emotional engagement.

Graphic Design:

• You create original, cohesive iconography and illustration styles.
• You have a strong sense of visual hierarchy, composition, and brand identity.
• You define and design brands. Document and advocate for them.
