Job description

As our Product Owner, you'll take the driver's seat in shaping how our Unity-based, PC training platform for MedTech companies evolves. Working closely with our dedicated development team and reporting directly to our CPO, you'll be responsible for turning complex requirements into crisp, actionable specs - and guiding them all the way through to delivery., * Product Requirements: Translate product ideas, user feedback, and customer needs into clear, structured product requirements and detailed user stories.

  • Sprint Leadership: Run sprint routines with the dev team - including backlog management, planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Tech Understanding: Collaborate with developers to ensure feasibility, clarity, and timely implementation - particularly for Unity-based, interactive PC training.
  • Customer Collaboration: Work directly with our customers (e.g. product managers, trainers, and application specialists) to understand their needs and refine the product experience.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the central point of communication between Product, Design, Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Product Documentation: Own and maintain all relevant documentation and specs in Notion.

Requirements

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on ownership, loves structured communication, and brings a sharp eye for detail. If you're a product thinker with a technical mindset and experience in game development or interactive training products, we'd love to hear from you., * 1-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS, B2B, or training-related tech environment.

  • Strong technical understanding. A background in game development or gamified experiences is a big plus.
  • You are fluent in German and English - and comfortable working in a multilingual team.
  • You think clearly and communicate even more clearly - both in writing (e.g. specs, tickets) and in meetings.
  • You're hands-on, structured, and take pride in making complex things simple.
  • You enjoy collaborating with engineers and designers - and you know how to advocate for both the user and the product vision.
  • You're based in Munich (or planning to relocate) and ready to work onsite several days per week.
