• Administer and maintain systems in Microsoft and/or Linux environments.
• Install, develop, and support customer IT environments.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients.
• Assist the sales team during the pre-sales phase with technical input.
• Design and set up cloud-based solutions and projects.
• Configure and optimize hardware and software systems.

• At least 1 year of experience in IT administration or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, servers, Exchange, SQL, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
• German (B2) and English (C1) proficiency.
• IT-related degree prefered

• Strong communication skills and commitment to the company.
