Job description
- Design, build, and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure for our global SaaS platform
- Collaborate with engineering leaders to define and implement SRE strategies in a cloud-native environment
- Develop and refine monitoring, alerting, and automation systems to ensure 24x7 service reliability
- Continuously improve infrastructure through automation using tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, Argo CD, and Bicep
- Participate in on-call rotations, responding to incidents and ensuring rapid resolution of operational issues
- Drive innovation by identifying reliability risks and proactively addressing them
- Support the transition to a fully cloud-native platform
Requirements
Do you have experience in Terraform?, * A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience
- A proven track of long term experience in SRE, DevOps, or software development roles
- Strong background in cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP are also valuable)
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code and automation tools (Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Argo CD, SaltStack)
- Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell and bash)
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgresDB, MS SQL, MySQL, Cassandra) is a plus but not mandatory
- Knowledge of microservice environments, network, and security (infrastructure hardening)
- A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative spirit
- Fluency in English; German is a plus but not mandatory
