Design Architect

• You will manage and develop Architecture and Interior Design proposals to respond to client demands, providing uniqueness and quality in proposals.
• You will be part of creating effective and imaginative projects and presentations aimed at securing commissions.
• You will handle all phases of the project, from initial client contact to technical assistance on-site in a cross-functional manner with all parties involved in the project., * Do you have a high level of English and Spanish?

• Do you have more than 5 years of experience in the construction and interior design sector? Previous demonstrated experience in office project development and building projects is valuable.
• Are you proficient in using Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.?
• Are you comfortable in client presentations?
• Do you have experience in project and client management during design development and construction supervision?
