Senior Product Owner

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead two AI learning digital initiatives:

1. Re-development of the Enterprise Challenge Game - an interactive entrepreneurship simulation being rebuilt for modern, multi-platform learning.

2. AI-Enabled WhatsApp Learning Platform - an adaptive, chatbot-based learning tool integrating large language models (LLMs) to personalise youth learning journeys at scale.

This is a high-impact role for an experienced leader who can bridge product, technology, and education, managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver meaningful digital innovation globally., * Oversee end-to-end planning, design, development, and rollout of both the game and chatbot platforms.

• Define delivery roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics across multiple geographies.
• Lead agile sprints and manage cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and content specialists.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Coordinate between internal teams, delivery partners, and external vendors
• Engage with educators, mentors, and youth to ensure solutions are relevant, inclusive, and context-specific.

Technical & Quality Oversight

• Collaborate with architects to define requirements, test functionality, and maintain delivery quality.
• Ensure both solutions are accessible across devices, languages, and connectivity settings.
• Manage risk, data protection, and ethical AI compliance throughout project lifecycle.

Reporting & Evaluation

• Produce program dashboards or status reports.
• Capture learnings, best practices, and impact metrics to inform future phases and scale-up.
• Identify re-usable IP.

Do you have experience in User acceptance testing?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * 10+ years of experience in product management and project management, ideally in edtech, digital learning, or social innovation

• Proven track record managing end-to-end digital product builds (game, app, or AI/chatbot platforms).
• Strong understanding of agile delivery, sprint planning, and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating multi-country and multi-partner projects.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple countries to conduct UAT sessions and scale the MVP.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder communication.
• Experience in risk management, dependency tracking, and delivery reporting.
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe PM/PO) preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
• The candidate must have multiple years of experience in setting up, leading and successfully delivering initiatives from the top-tier Management Consulting firm

• Experience with educational games, AI chatbots, or LLM-based solutions.
