Job description

We're now looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to help us ship fast, secure, high-quality web applications that sit at the heart of the product experience - and connect seamlessly with deployed hardware in the real world. Day to day you'll be:

  • Building and maintaining modern web apps across the full stack (front end + back end)
  • Working closely with product/engineering to integrate web platforms with deployed hardware devices
  • Designing and integrating third-party RESTful APIs
  • Optimising for performance, scalability and security (we care about the details)
  • Writing clean, maintainable, well-documented code
  • Taking part in code reviews and helping raise the bar on best practices.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Vue.js?, * At least one of:

  • Professional experience in web development
  • A Git portfolio showing real projects/contributions
  • A degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering (or similar)
  • Strong fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and/or TypeScript
  • Confidence in one modern front-end framework (React / Vue / Angular / Svelte)
  • Server-side experience (Node.js, Flask, ASP.NET, or similar)
  • Team collaboration experience using Git

Bonus points if you have

  • Svelte / SvelteKit + Tailwind CSS
  • Cloudflare Workers or serverless experience
  • PostgreSQL (or similar relational DBs)
  • Auth knowledge (OAuth, tokens, sessions)
  • Docker / containerisation
  • Familiarity with modern build tooling + deployment pipelines

Benefits & conditions

  • Hands-On Experience - Work with cutting-edge hardware, software, and IoT solutions.
  • Make a Difference - Your work contributes to a greener planet and smarter workouts.
  • Free on-site parking
  • Early finishes on Friday
  • Cycle studio & mini-gym on-site (lunchtime workouts nailed...).
