Lead Frontend Developer

Working at the forefront of innovation, you'll help define technical direction, influence design choices, and drive excellence across our engineering teams - all within a collaborative, supportive environment where your ideas make a tangible difference., You'll lead the front-end development lifecycle - from architecture to delivery. Collaborate with designers, back-end engineers, and product owners to create seamless user experiences.

• Lead & Innovate: Deliver scalable front-end solutions using React, Next.js & TypeScript.
• Collaborate & Deliver: Work with UX, back-end and product teams to build exceptional apps.
• Support & Guide: Help BAs & POs with technical analysis and solution design.
• Optimise & Automate: Use Playwright, Storybook, Docker & GitLab to streamline delivery.
• Shape the Future: Drive technical direction and architectural standards.

You bring strong technical leadership, a passion for clean, scalable code, and the ability to inspire collaboration., * Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Frontend Developer

• Expertise in TypeScript, React, Next.js
• Knowledge of Playwright, Storybook, TailwindCSS, Docker, GitLab, React Query
• Experience with NextAuth (AuthJS) for authentication
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Understanding of financial or trading systems (nice to have)
